The Acrobatic classes at A-Stars are a combination of gymnastics and dance training. We follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus to safely teach trick, partnering skills and techniques.

Classes are open to ages 5 years and upwards.Classes are split into age appropriate groups.

There weekly classes include strengthening, flexibility training, studying the technique behind tricks, partnering work and combining this within a dance performance piece. Within the Acro Academy there are performance opportunities throughout the year.

Lauren is the lead Acrobatic teacher and loves sharing her experience and passion through these unique classes.
